Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not typically processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
United States: 5–10 business days after processing
International Orders: 10–25 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Critter Threads may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.
Total time
Total time between ordering and receiving your order is around 10-14 days- Our designs are printed to order, please allow up to 14 days for your unique design!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipping carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Critter Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Critter Threads is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Customers may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for lost or missing packages.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees required by their country.
Critter Threads is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on availability, product type, or fulfillment location. If your order arrives in multiple packages, you will not be charged extra unless clearly stated at checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or other appropriate solution.
